They have on their web site "now taking orders for June 5th... Does that mean no orders will be ready till then?

Also no e-mail address on the site...

Don't expect a quick reply or even one at all if you use email. I believe Mark got rid of the email address because he was swamped and could not keep up with the emails. You are best to contact him by phone to place an order. He has just moved his business to a bigger facility and he is just getting settled in. Give him a call and leave a message if he is not there. He will get back to you, but it may take some time. I'm not sure what the June 5 means, but probably it means that June is when you are looking at delivery for your order. I think a lot of it has to do with what you are ordering. If it is some liners he may be able to get them to you sooner. If it is one of his great jigs that may take more time. Great products in any case.

Josh

The best part about giving Mark an actual phone call is that a nicer guy you wont find! Hes a pleasure to talk too.

Okay maybe I don't know what I'm talking about. But I have found that Mark is easier to get a hold of on the phone as opposed to email. And like Lance said, you won't find a nicer guy to deal with.

I spoke with Mark this morning. I agree he is a great guy to talk with. Unfortunately, if you are looking for one of his binding jigs his order book is full through October!!!!

I have bought from Mark a few times and echo everyone's opinion about him - nicest guy to deal with. The stuff he sells is also of the highest quality - I love his kerfed liners. He does get swamped with emails so I don't bother with that anymore, besides he is great to talk to. He is always incredibly busy but will happily talk to you all day to help you in any way he can. He does have a backlog on some of the stuff he sells - he's a one man shop doing the work of ten. Give him a call and leave a message if he doesn't answer - he always returns phone calls.
